Meet Alvin Evans
Alvin is a lifelong Raleigh native, who had the pleasure of growing up on the South side of Raleigh on a dirt road on a family "Hobby Farm", passing down years of historical local knowledge. His family dirt road filled with love was originally farm land that Alvin had the esteem pleasure of watching his granddad turn into a legacy for his family. His first true encounter with real estate occurred as he witnessed his grandfather buy and sell land to family members. His grandfather also built their family home with his hands and taught his children carpentry and contracting skills, which was all self-taught. His grandfather was a distinguished businessman that owned and managed his own residential rental properties.
After graduating from THE prestigious North Carolina A&T University, with a degree in Computer Science, Alvin pursued a career within the Informational Technology field. With his technological and project management experience, Alvin merges his high level of technical skills and accuracy with his organizational awareness. He understands that each encounter with clients must be prioritized for success; nurtured from implementation to completion.
His real estate love was rebirthed as he assisted his wife with her successful career who passionately changed the lives of her clients. His attention for details and experience with home designs allows him the ability to uniquely deliver to his client’s their home desires with a family feel.
Alvin’s mission is to not only assist his client’s with buying and selling, but to provide them with a system to help build a legacy. He believes his confidence and passion for others allows his relationships to be more than just a transaction, it's a lifelong family relationship.
