Having trust in someone words usually takes awhile. But when you meet genuine people like Tia & Alvin it (trust) shines through. We started this new home searching journey in October 2023 and three months later we are in a spacious dream home. Words cannot explain how blessed we are. I have to share that when A got sick a couple of years ago, I knew we had to move from a two-story home. I just couldn’t figure out how with our income almost being cut in half and all kind of bills started adding up. Tia was/is amazing! I was nervous and scared and Tia was a gracious mentor for me. I shared my desires in a home with her and she worked to help me attain these. She was also patient, knowledgeable and resourceful. Tia helped me navigate this difficult and nerve wrecking process with soo much grace. "Choosing Tia to be my realtor turned out to be an awesome decision. I called her up and informed her that I was ready to purchase a house but did not know anything about the process. Tia and her wonderful husband help me and my husband to accomplish a goal that we had tried before with another agent. We had to back out of a a deal with a another property and some of the reasons why we had to lose $4,000 it was because of the is agent did not get all of the information from the buyer.
